After the depackaging process with the SMIMO, it is possible to post-treat the organic flow using the CS300 cyclone separator to create the highest possible quality and degrit your organic product. Degritting your organic product reduces wear on your pumps and settling material in your digester tanks.

The Smicon CS300 cyclone separator is designed to separate heavy solids from liquids with an organic fraction. Heavy parts such as glass, grit, bones, stones and other particles are separated. The system consists of a Smicon centrifugal pump, a cyclone separator, a distribution system and a drum separator including the necessary control (software). The machine is available in a stainless steel version, making it resistant to aggressive products.

We can tailor our machines and peripheral equipment to your specific product so that it is separated in the most optimal way. This post-treatment reduces the heavy, undesirable proportion in the organic stream to an absolute minimum and no loss of the organic material. This makes the organic flow perfectly usable for biogas installations, among other things.
