For all your applications, Smicon has a suitable machine in our product line. All our machines are produced in-house in our own factory in Wanroij, the Netherlands, which gives us control over the entire process, from design to quality control. This allows us to respond flexibly to specific customer needs and guarantee high quality.
Smicon specializes in the development and production of stand-alone machines for the processing and recycling of organic waste flows. The machines are delivered worldwide.
 

Our product range includes:

Depackaging machines: Efficient systems for separating packaged foods from their packaging, allowing the organic content (>99.9% clean) to be reused. Various models and capacities (up to 30 tons/hour) available, which can reduce disposal costs to < 5%.

Grinders: Machines that reduce unpacked product flows (3-30 mm) to improve processability and protect piping and pumps.

Shredders: Machines that cut fruit and vegetables, unpackaged foodstuffs and residual products into smaller parts (8 – 30 mm), making organic products easier to pump or process.

Filtration systems: Solution for the controllable dewatering (dry matter content up to 40%) and separation of various industrial, organic and agricultural liquid process, waste and residual flows.

Cleaning systems: Tilting installation for the automatic emptying and cleaning of various types of waste containers (200 / hour), essential for hygiene and efficiency.

Post-treatment systems: Various machines to achieve an even higher yield of organic product with as little contamination as possible. Examples include a wind shifter, hydrocyclone, screw press and a belt separator.
