The rotor inside the SMIMO grinder pulverizes organic matter to a homogeneous pumpable pulp. A sieve inside the hammer mill ensures that the product is only discharged once the particles have the required size. Parts can easily be exchanged and the SMIMO masher is very resistant to aggressive products and substances.

Since the early nineties our SMIMO grinders have frequently been applied in the animal feed and recycling industries. The grinders are suitable for processing potatoes, fruit, vegetables, and foodstuffs to a pumpable substance. This makes them ideally suited to create the right feed products for animal feed and fermenters.
