Description
This CS300 unpacks glass and canned products, separates the organic contents of the packaging and disposes of them separately and cleanly for optimal recycling. This allows valuable raw materials to be recovered in a sustainable and cost-effective manner. The high moisture content of the food waste makes generating biomass to achieve energy recovery (biogas) a sustainable solution.

The CS300 Cyclone separator is designed to separate heavy solids from organic fraction liquids. Heavy particles such as glass, grit, bones, stones and other particles are separated. The system consists of a centrifugal pump unit, a cyclone separator, a distribution system and a drum separator including the necessary control box and software.
